We offer a complimentary printable ring sizer on our website. Alternatively, you can visit any of our showroom locations for a professional fitting, or contact our customer service team to request a physical ring sizer be mailed to your home.

What is your shipping policy for high-value items?

All orders are shipped via insured carriers. For your security, any order exceeding $500 requires a signature upon delivery. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, Smyth Jewelers provides a lifetime cleaning and inspection service. Additionally, we offer a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale.
