At Smyth Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may return your item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your item in its original designer packaging, including all certificates and warranty cards, inside a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
